There were jubilant scenes outside the Old Bailey today after Sarah of the SOAS 2 was fully acquitted.  The jury returned a unanimous verdict of NOT GUILTY after two hours of deliberation in a victory for free speech and the right to express solidarity.

This case has exposed how the state is attempting to intimidate young activists, criminalise dissent and silence anyone expressing solidarity for the Palestinian people and their struggle against oppression.

Expressing solidarity is not a crime………………
