This week a new Banksy appeared in London. This time it was a sculpture depicting a man blinding by the flag he is waving stepping off a plinth. My take is that is an observation on the nationalistic flag waving that is prevalent in politics across the world at the moment. Blinded by his flag waving the subject steps unknowingly into the abyss oblivious to the world around him.
