Not a great day if I’m honest.  Basic self care and leaving the flat are beyond me most days so putting myself through the noise and crowds of Pride was probably not the best decision I have ever made.  A meltdown was inevitable!  On the other hand I am proud of myself for spotting the early signs of meltdown and getting myself home to a safe space.  It’s time to admit my capacity is severely diminished at the moment and I’m not making good decisions.
